Corporate culture is the collective personality of a company. It is based on values, norms, and attitudes reflected in employees' thinking and actions. Instead of creating value posters that remain artifacts in the break room after the workshops, we go deeper. We guide you step by step to recognize deeply ingrained beliefs that hinder healthy and sustainable performance development, cultivate concrete behaviors, routines, and principles of action, and create conditions to unleash your organization’s potential.

In the team workshop moderated by Markus Draeger, we created an awareness of our shared values, formulated medium-term team goals and defined key success factors and indicators.
